Views

A view is a way to see a table: its filters, sort, grouping and visible fields. Switching views never changes the data itself.

View	Best for
Grid	Everyday work on data as a table
Kanban	Stages: “New → In progress → Done”, by drag and drop
Gallery	Products and images as cards
Form	Collecting data from anyone by link; each submission becomes a record
Calendar	Appointments and deadlines by date

Filter, sort, group

From the view bar: Filter (“Status = New” and “Amount > 500”), Sort, Group by a field, and Hide fields that don’t matter. It’s all saved in the view, so each team sees what it needs.

Sharing a view

Share a view as a read-only link, or publish a form to the public, optionally protected by a password.
