Templates

Open Templates from the space’s sidebar, then Store automations. You’ll find two shelves: From Zamen and My templates.

Templates built on your store’s events and operations, among them:

Template What it does
Order items to Telegram, then update its status A message per item in your team’s group; pressing “Done” updates the order’s status in Salla
An e-mail for every new order An e-mail the moment an order arrives: its number, total, status and payment method
Move new orders to a status you choose Every new order moves to the status you set
Tell customers when their order status changes An e-mail to the customer with the new status, so fewer “where’s my order?” questions
Low stock alert An e-mail when a product drops below the alert level you set in Salla
Win back abandoned carts Every morning, the abandoned carts with a win-back message the AI suggests for each customer
A morning summary of orders, by AI Every morning: the count, the total, the top products and what needs your attention
Weekly sales report Every Sunday, a report the AI writes: the trend, the best products and recommendations
  1. Open the template to see how it works and what it needs (your store, Telegram…).
  2. Link anything missing from the same window.
  3. Press “Create automation”: it’s created in your store’s base, switched off.
  4. Open it, set what’s yours (recipients, group, status), try it, then switch it on.

Templates from your tables start from a table of yours instead of the store: pick an existing table, or let Zamen create it with its columns.

In the automation editor, press “Save as template”. The automation’s shape is saved without what is yours: recipients, Telegram groups and a schedule’s start — whoever installs it sets those.

Write what you want in “Ask the AI for a template”, for example: “When a new order over 500 SAR arrives, e-mail me the customer’s name and the amount”. The AI writes a draft grounded in your store’s real events and operations, and you see it before saving. Press “Change” to ask for an edit, then “Save to my templates”.

Your template is yours alone until you choose otherwise:

  • My team: members of your space see and use it.
  • Suggest to the Zamen community: everyone sees it once Zamen’s team approves it.
