Every automation has a trigger that decides when it runs, and actions it performs in order.
Triggers
Section titled “Triggers”- Record created or record updated, with conditions such as “when Status becomes Done”.
- Form submitted.
- On a schedule: daily, weekly or monthly.
- Button pressed in a record.
Actions
Section titled “Actions”- Send an email with values from the record.
- Create or update a record in any table.
- Send an HTTP request to any service (webhook).
- An AI step: summarise, classify, draft a reply.
