Connectors
Your store, Telegram and your computer link to Zamen directly. Connectors reach the rest of your tools: a catalogue of about 1,500 apps, of which you see every one Zamen can link with your approval.
Link Airtable → tell the assistant “move the suppliers table from Airtable into Zamen” → it reads it and builds it as a table of yours.
What happens when you link an app?
Section titled “What happens when you link an app?”- The assistant uses it: it reads and writes while it talks with you. “Post today’s summary to #sales on Slack”, “Add the new customer to HubSpot”.
- Its events start automations: in an automation pick Event from a connection → Another app, then the app and the event, such as a new Gmail message or a new row in Google Sheets.
- Automation steps call it: ask the assistant to add the step (“after every order, create a Trello card”), and it writes it with your connection.
Link an app
Section titled “Link an app”- Open a Zamen AI chat, press + in the message box, then Connectors.
- Search for the app and press Connect.
- Approve on the app’s own page and come back. Some apps ask for a key from them instead of an approval: you paste it once.
The app shows Connected, and the assistant can use it from the next message.
Tools people use most

A custom connector: your own system
Section titled “A custom connector: your own system”Have a system of your own (an internal tool, a partner platform)? From + → Connectors → Add custom connector, give its name and address. Zamen checks it; if it asks you to sign in, you do it once, and its tools reach the assistant and your automations. A custom connector is yours alone.
When your Zamen admin adds a connector for everyone, it shows in the same list.
Beyond connectors
Section titled “Beyond connectors”- Webhook & API: an HTTP request step calls any API, and “Event from a connection” receives events from other systems.
- Your computer: Zamen Connect brings automation messages to a program on your PC (POS, accounting).
- Telegram: linked through Zamen’s own bot, not Connectors: Telegram delivers a bot’s button presses to one address, and Zamen’s bot’s address is Zamen, so the press arrives and carries the automation on.
Quick questions

Section titled “I can’t find the app I want”Your admin decides which apps show in Zamen. Ask them, or add it as a custom connector if it has an address.
The assistant says it can’t reach the app
Section titled “The assistant says it can’t reach the app”Make sure it shows Connected in the Connectors list. If your approval expired, press Connect again.
