Fields
A field is a column in a table; its type decides what it accepts and how it looks. Add one from + at the end of the header, or change a field’s type from its menu.

| Single line / Long text | Names, addresses, notes. Long text supports formatting. |
| Number | Quantities, amounts, percentages, with decimals and currency. |
| Single select / Multiple select | Order status, priority, tags. Each option has a colour. |
| Date | A date with or without time, in the time zone you choose. |
| Checkbox | Yes or no: “Paid”, “Done”. |
| Attachment | Images, PDFs and documents, previewed in the table. |
| User | Assign the record to one or more team members. |
| Rating | Stars or scores from 1 to 10. |
| Link | A relation to records in another table. |
| Lookup / Rollup | Show or compute values from linked records. |
| Formula | Calculations from other fields, such as {Quantity} * {Price}. |
| Autonumber, Created time, Last modified, Created by | Filled in automatically, never edited by hand. |
| Button | Runs an automation or opens a link from the record. |
AI fields
Section titled “AI fields”Some fields are filled by AI: summarise a customer’s notes, classify an order, translate a description. You choose the fields it reads from, and it writes the result for each record.
