Creating a table

In a base, press + next to the table names, then choose: an empty table, an import from a file (Excel and CSV), or another source.

Linking tables

Don’t repeat data. Instead of typing the customer’s name in every order, add a Link field in “Orders” pointing to “Customers”. Then you can:

• show any detail of the customer inside the order with a Lookup field,
• total each customer’s orders with a Rollup field.

The full record

Open any record to see all its fields on one page, with comments and the change history: who changed what, and when.

Note

Deleted items go to the trash and can be restored within your plan’s retention period.
